Tourism Information and opening hours in September 2024

ISTAF, Lollapalooza Berlin, B2Run and two home games of Hertha BSC: September in the Olympiastadion Berlin will offer a variety of events. And don’t miss out on our Light Experience Tour which will return to our regular schedule starting September 20th!

All events in September 2024 at a glance:

• Saturday, September 7th, & Sunday, September 8th, 2024: Lollapalooza Berlin
• Sunday, September 15th, 2024: Hertha BSC – Fortuna Düsseldorf
• Tuesday, September 17th, 2024: B2Run Berlin 2024
• Sunday, September 29th, 2024: Hertha BSC – SV Elversberg

On the home games of Hertha BSC, the day of the ISTAF and the two days of Lollapalooza Berlin, the Olympiastadion Berlin will remain closed to tourists. Please note that set-up and dismantling for the Lollapalooza Berlin will result in restrictions for tourists. The Olympiastadion Berlin can only be accessed as part of a tour from September 2nd to 6th and September 9th to 12th. Free sightseeing will not be not offered during these periods.

Light Experience Tour back on our regular schedule
It’s getting dark outside – Time for us to bring back our beloved Light Experience Tour! Experience the unique LED lighting system of the Olympiastadion Berlin on a 90-minute tour, including a spectacular light show. You can find booking options for the tour in our ticket shop.

The Olympiastadion is usually open Monday to Sunday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. During this time, the stadium can be visited as part of a guided tour or individually. We recommend booking guided tours in advance via our ticket shop. If you want to visit the stadium without a guide, you can easily book tickets on site.

Information about the tours we offer can be found on the Guided Tours page or in the aforementioned ticket shop. Except for closing days, we offer our public Highlight tour several times per day in german and english language.
