For safety reasons and to prevent injuries in crowded areas, you are not allowed to bring the following items onto the event grounds:
- Large bags and backpacks: Anything exceeding DIN A4 size (approx. 21 × 30 cm / 8.3 × 11.7 in);
- Containers and personal beverages: Bottles (glass or plastic), cans, thermos flasks, pitchers, hard-plastic cups, and larger beverage cartons (over 0.5 liters);
- Weapons and pyrotechnics: Knives, pepper spray, fireworks, flares, and similar dangerous items;
- Potential injury hazards: Umbrellas with metal tips, selfie sticks, laser pointers, and clothing with spikes or studded elements;
- Professional equipment: DSLR cameras (with interchangeable lenses), tablets, laptops, video cameras, and audio recording devices;
- Animals: Bringing animals of any kind to the concert is prohibited, except for certified assistance and guide dogs that have been registered in advance.

Please travel light! The following items are permitted and help us conduct security checks efficiently:
- Small bags and gym sacks: Up to a maximum size of DIN A4;
- One small drink: One (1) unopened non-alcoholic beverage carton of up to 0.5 liters per person;
- Cameras & phones: Smartphones, compact point-and-shoot cameras (with fixed lenses), and GoPros (without mounts or sticks);
- Small umbrellas: Foldable pocket umbrellas;
- Flags: Standard flags with poles made of soft wood or plastic (maximum length 1.5 meters).
For medications or medical equipment, please refer to the “Accessibility” section below.
Please understand that security personnel must confiscate items that do not comply with these regulations at the entrance.
Please be also aware of our house regulations.
To ensure our concerts remain a safe and unforgettable experience for everyone, the following admission rules apply to our youngest fans:
- Ages 0–5: Children in this age group are not permitted to enter the venue under any circumstances.
- Ages 6–13 (Admission & Supervision Rules): Children may attend the concert only when accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized supervising adult.
Due to the intense crowd activity near the stage, children in this age group are strictly prohibited from entering the front standing area (Front of Stage). Please use the rear standing sections or, where available, seated areas. - Mandatory Hearing Protection: All children must wear child-appropriate earmuff-style hearing protection (“Mickey Mouse” hearing protection). Simple earplugs are not sufficient for sensitive children’s ears at a rock concert.
Please understand that security staff must refuse entry to children who do not have adequate hearing protection.
There are no more public tickets available.

LOCAL PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The following lines will bring you close to the Olympiastadion:
U-Bahn
The underground train (U-Bahn) U2 takes you directly to the station Olympiastadion. It’s only a short walk from there to the stadium (East Gate entrance: 500m, South Gate entrance: 870m).
S-Bahn
The above ground train (S-Bahn) S3 and S9 takes you directly to the station Olympiastadion. It’s only a short walk from there to the stadium (South Gate entrance via exit Flatowallee: 200 m, East Gate entrance via exit Trakehner Allee: 250m).
Bus
With the bus lines M49 or 218 you can reach the stop Flatowallee. It’s only a short walk from there to the stadium. With the bus line 104 you can reach the underground station Neu-Westend. From there you can either walk directly to the stadium or take the underground train and exit at the station Olympiastadion.
PARKING
We recommend using public transportation, as there are only a limited number of public parking spaces (mostly paid) around the Berlin Olympic Stadium:
- Olympischer Platz (Olympic Place) (max. 2.8 tons per vehicle; free)
- Parking Lot PO1 (max. 2.8 tons per vehicle, paid, 20€)
- Parking Lot PO4 with handicapped accessible parking spaces (max. 2.8 tons per vehicle, paid, 25€, except with a blue disability parking permit)
- Po5 (max. 2.8 tons per vehicle, paid, 25€)
- Parking Lot PO7 (max. 2.8 tons per vehicle, paid, 20€)
Parking tickets for the designated parking spaces can be purchased on-site on the day of the event, subject to availability. Advance reservations at this price are not available. Only parking tickets for parking lot PO4 can be purchased in advance on Eventim. Parking tickets for the other above parking lots cannot be reserved in advance. Please note: Parking tickets purchased on site can only be paid for in cash.
We cannot accommodate campervans or trailers in our parking areas.
Please follow the traffic guidance systems on event days. Due to the large number of visitors, there may be delays, especially when leaving the stadium.
CAR
Coming from Hamburg/Rostock:
- City ring towards Charlottenburg (A100)
- Exit Kaiserdamm, stay on Kaiserdamm until Theodor-Heuss-Platz
- Take exit Heerstraße; stay straight in the right lane
- Turn right into Flatowallee, stay straight to get to the stadium / South Gate
Coming from Munich/Nuremberg, Hannover/Magdeburg, Leipzig:
- Take the Avus (A115) toward Funkturm
- Exit Messedamm (Richtung A100), stay right
- Turn left at second light
- Turn right immediately into Jafféstrasse; stay on road until Heerstrasse
- Turn left into Heerstrasse, get in the right lane
- Turn right into Flatowallee, stay straight to get to stadium / South Gate

- Take the Avus (A115) toward Funkturm
- Exit Messedamm (Richtung A100), stay right
- Stay straight at second light and go underneath ICC brigde
- Turn left at the next light onto Masurenallee until Theodor-Heuss-Platz
- Take exit Heerstrasse, get in the right lane
- Turn right into Flatowallee, stay straight to get to stadium / South Gate
Coming from Brandenburger Tor:
- Strasse Unter den Linden, towards Spandau
- Take Kaiserdamm past Theodor-Heuss-Platz, towards Spandau
- Stay on Heerstraße, get in the right lane
- Turn right into Flatowallee, stay straight to get to stadium / South Gate
Meeting Point & Awareness Team
A trained Awareness Team will be present throughout the event and can be contacted at any time if you have questions, concerns, or require assistance.
If you witness or experience a critical incident, the Awareness Team will support you and advocate on your behalf. Every report is appreciated and taken seriously.

Proof of Disability
Our accessibility services are primarily intended for people with disabilities who possess an official disability ID card.
However, we recognize that many people may not yet have official or medical documentation of a disability or chronic illness, or may temporarily require accessibility accommodations.

Visitors with visible and invisible disabilities may bring one companion free of charge. If you purchased a ticket for wheelchair users or people with severe disabilities (category B), a free companion ticket was automatically included in your booking.
Pregnant Visitors and Temporarily Impaired Persons
If you are at least eight months pregnant at the time of the concert and can provide proof, we will try to offer you a place in the accessible viewing areas.
Please note that due to capacity restrictions, it may not always be possible for a companion to accompany you there.
If you are temporarily impaired due to an accident, therapy, or another exceptional circumstance, please contact us within two weeks before the concert. Depending on demand and available space, we will work to find the best possible solution.
Personal stools and other seating furniture may not be brought onto the grounds.
Registration of Medication
If you are carrying medication or medical aids, please inform security staff during entry screening.
If you need to bring medication requiring refrigeration, please notify us well in advance so that suitable cooling facilities can be arranged.
Visitors with diabetes may bring insulin pens onto the grounds.
Our medical tent is available for assistance.
The following medications do not need prior registration:
- Asthma inhalers
- Headache medication
- Allergy medication
For prescription medications subject to narcotics legislation (such as medical cannabis or opioid substitution treatments), please bring a prescription or medical authorization from your treating physician.
Assistance Dogs
Certified assistance and guide dogs are welcome.
For safety reasons, however, they are not permitted in areas directly in front of the stages.

Tickets & Companion Admission
The ticket categories “Wheelchair Ticket” and “Disability Pass with Companion Entitlement (B)” are sold out.
If you are a wheelchair user who purchased a regular ticket during presale, please contact:
Visitors with visible and invisible disabilities may bring one companion free of charge. If you purchased a ticket for wheelchair users or people with severe disabilities (category B), a free companion ticket was automatically included in your booking.
Please note that the companion may only enter the venue together with the disabled visitor.
Accessible Travel
Public Transport
The Olympic Stadium can be reached barrier-free via Berlin public transport:
- U-Bahn station: Olympiastadion
- S-Bahn station: Olympiastadion
Both stations are equipped with elevators.
Please check elevator availability in advance.
Accessible Parking
Accessible parking is available at Parking Area PO4 near the accessible East Entrance/Olympischer Platz.
Access via:
Trakehner Allee 6, 14053 Berlin
Display your blue disabled parking permit behind the windshield or show your disability ID with designation “B” upon arrival.
Concert tickets must also be available for inspection.
The vehicle owner does not have to be the disabled person.
Although many spaces are available, parking cannot be guaranteed.
Accessible Entrance
The accessible entrance is located at the East Gate and is clearly signposted.
Wheelchair users and visitors with other (including temporary) impairments may use this entrance.
If you arrive as a group, your friends may also use this entrance.
Please note:
- Only the designated companion receives free admission;
- All other visitors must present a valid ticket;
- Companions may not enter separately.
Venue Information
Wheelchair Accessibility
Routes to and around the Olympic Stadium may be challenging due to cobblestones, inclines, and steps.
If you need assistance with orientation, visit the Meeting Point.
The Awareness Team is familiar with all accessible areas and can help you find the easiest route.
Please contact staff or designated assistance points if you encounter barriers on-site.
Important: Due to structural limitations of the Olympic Stadium, the stadium floor area is unfortunately inaccessible to wheelchair users because emergency evacuation cannot be guaranteed.
We sincerely regret this and appreciate your understanding.
Accessible Toilets
Several accessible flush toilets are available throughout the venue.
An additional fully accessible restroom with an adult changing table (“Toilet for All”) is available in Stadium Block QR.
If you notice severe cleanliness issues, please inform the Awareness Team immediately.
Visitors with invisible disabilities are also welcome to use these facilities.
To avoid uncomfortable explanations, you may obtain a corresponding wristband at the Meeting Point.
Wheelchair Viewing Areas
Wheelchair-accessible viewing platforms are located in the East Curve (Blocks Q, R, S, T) and Block N, offering excellent views of the stage.
These areas are primarily reserved for holders of a Wheelchair Ticket (currently sold out).
Please note:
- Seats cannot be reserved permanently once you leave your place;
- During capacity constraints, only one companion is permitted;
- The Awareness Team and security personnel are continuously present and available to assist.
Intense Lighting Effects
The concert will feature dynamic lighting effects, including moving lights and strobe effects.
These are an integral part of the visual production.
If such effects may cause you health-related or psychological difficulties, please take appropriate precautions and contact staff immediately if you begin to feel unwell.
VIP AREAS
Our VIP areas are accessible—provided you remain on a single level. In addition, elevators are available
Accreditations are only available through the event organizer LOFT Concerts.
Cashless Event: This event is cashless. Please note that only cashless payments (debit and credit cards, mobile payment) are accepted at all catering stations (VIP and public areas).
