Accessible Access, Accessible Travel & Awareness

Access to the Stadium Grounds

Access for people using mobility aids and wheelchair users is available via the designated entrances at the South Gate and East Gate.

Exceptions to restrictions on bringing food and beverages into the venue are made for guests who need to take medication and can provide a medical certificate. In such cases, a reasonable quantity is permitted. Please limit beverages to cartons, Tetra Paks, or small juice boxes.

Access to the Stadium

The entrances to the lower concourse at sections C/D, G/H, J/K, N, Q/R, and S/T are fully accessible. From there, both the designated wheelchair spaces and regular seating areas can be reached without difficulty. Food kiosks and accessible restrooms are also available in sufficient numbers throughout the lower concourse.

Meeting Point, Awareness Team & Services for Guests with Disabilities

During the event, a trained Awareness Team will be on site and available at any time should you have questions, concerns, or require assistance. If you witness or experience a critical incident, the Awareness Team will support you and advocate on your behalf. We appreciate every report and take all concerns seriously.

You can find the Awareness Team:

  • At the Meeting Point at the East Entrance / directly behind the southern entrance
  • Moving throughout the venue and identifiable by white vests
  • Available at any time through security staff

Proof of Disability

Our accessibility services are primarily intended for people with disabilities who hold an official disability ID card.

However, we recognize that many individuals may not yet have official or medical documentation of their disability and/or chronic illness, or may otherwise rely on accessible solutions.

If this applies to you, please contact us and we will be happy to find an appropriate solution for your needs:

barrierefrei@fkpscorpio.com

Pregnancy and Temporary Injuries

If you are at least eight months pregnant at the time of the concert or have a temporary injury, we will do our best to provide you with access to our accessible areas.

Please note that during periods of high demand, you may not be able to bring an accompanying person into these areas.

Please speak to staff at the Meeting Point on site.

Bringing your own stools or other seating is not permitted.

Thank you for your understanding.

Before attending the concert, we kindly ask you to assess for yourself whether attending under the given conditions is physically and medically appropriate.

Medication Registration

If you are carrying medication or medical aids, please inform security staff upon entry, as not all staff members may be familiar with such requirements.

Guests with diabetes are, of course, permitted to bring insulin pens onto the premises. Our medical tent is available should you require medical assistance.

Medications such as asthma inhalers, headache tablets, and allergy medication do not need to be registered.

For prescription medications that fall under narcotics regulations (such as medical cannabis or opioid substitution medication), please bring documentation or a prescription from your treating physician.

Assistance Dogs

Certified assistance dogs and guide dogs are very welcome.

For safety reasons, however, they are not permitted in the standing area directly in front of the stage. If your original seat is unsuitable, we will find an appropriate alternative seating arrangement for you.

Tickets & Companion Tickets

Guests with disabilities (proof required: disability ID card with designation “B”) may bring one companion free of charge. A companion ticket is required.

Please contact:

barrierefrei@fkpscorpio.com

If you are a wheelchair user and have already purchased a regular ticket during presale, please contact us in advance at:

barrierefrei@fkpscorpio.com

Accessible Travel

Public Transport

The Olympic Stadium can be reached barrier-free via Berlin public transport (BVG) using either the Olympiastadion underground station or the Olympiastadion suburban rail station (S-Bahn). Both stations are equipped with elevators.

Please check the current availability of elevators in advance at:

https://www.brokenlifts.org/

Parking for Guests with Disabilities

Parking lot P04 is located near the accessible East Gate entrance / Olympischer Platz (access via Trakehner Allee 6, 14053 Berlin).

Free parking spaces for guests with disabilities are available there.

Please place your blue disabled parking permit visibly behind the windshield or show your disability ID card with designation “B” to staff upon arrival. Please also have your concert ticket ready for inspection.

The vehicle owner does not need to be the person with the disability.

Although many parking spaces are available, capacity is limited and parking cannot be guaranteed.

Accessible Entrance

The accessible entrance is located at the East Gate and is clearly signposted.

Wheelchair users as well as guests with other (temporary) impairments may use this entrance.

If you are arriving as a group, all members of your party may also use this entrance. Please note that only your registered companion receives complimentary admission; all other guests must present a valid ticket.

Companions may not enter separately through this entrance.

Venue Information

Wheelchair-Friendly Environment

Routes to and around the Olympic Stadium may be challenging in some areas due to cobblestones, inclines, and steps.

If you require assistance with orientation, please contact the Meeting Point. Our Awareness Team is familiar with all accessible areas and can guide you to your seat using the easiest route.

If you encounter barriers or require assistance on site, please speak to staff or visit one of the designated assistance points.

Please note: Due to the structural design of the Olympic Stadium, the standing area inside the stadium is unfortunately not accessible to wheelchair users or guests using walkers, as safe evacuation cannot be guaranteed. We sincerely regret this limitation and thank you for your understanding.

Accessible Restrooms

Several accessible, flush-flush restrooms are available throughout the venue.

An additional accessible restroom equipped with an adult changing table (“Changing Places Toilet”) is available near section QR.

If you notice significant cleanliness issues, please inform the Awareness Team immediately so that the situation can be addressed promptly.

Guests with invisible disabilities are also warmly encouraged to use these facilities. To avoid uncomfortable explanations, you may collect an identifying wristband at the Meeting Point.

Wheelchair Spaces

Wheelchair spaces are located on the inner concourse in the East Curve (sections Q, R, S and T) and in section N, offering excellent views of the stage.

These areas are primarily accessible only with a dedicated wheelchair ticket (currently sold out).

Please note that seats cannot be reserved once you leave the area. In the event of capacity restrictions, only one accompanying person will be permitted.

The Awareness Team and security staff will be present in these areas throughout the event and are available to assist you.

Bringing a Walker

You are welcome to bring your walker.

However, for safety reasons, walkers may not be taken into or stored in the standing area or on the grandstands. We understand that this may present difficulties for some guests and regret this restriction.

If you only require your walker for part of your journey, you may leave it at the luggage storage facility outside the stadium entrances (before ticket scanning) for a fee and collect it after the event.

If you require your walker on site, please speak to staff at the Meeting Point.

Bringing Food & Food Intolerances

Bringing your own food is generally not permitted.

A small but carefully selected range of vegan and gluten-free food options will be available on site.

Guests with documented chronic illnesses (for example, supported by a coeliac disease pass) may bring their own food.

Please note that the total size of the container must not exceed A4 size and must not be made of glass.

VIP AREAS
Our VIP areas are accessible—provided you remain on a single level. In addition, elevators are available

Accreditations can only be requested via the event organiser FKP Scorpio Konzertproduktionen GmbH.

Cashless Event: This event is cashless. Please note that only cashless payments (debit and credit cards, mobile payment) are accepted at all catering stations (VIP and public areas).
