S 25 Berlin

One of Germany’s oldest city races, the S 25 Berlin, will once again lead through the capital on May 15th, 2022. On 10 km, 25 km, the half marathon distance or in the 5×5 km relay, the participants can enjoy the city on foot and as a unique experience, finish the race on the blue track in the Olympiastadion Berlin. Start for all distances will be on the Olympischer Platz, right in front of the stadium. Online registration is open until May 8th, 2022.

Participation requirements regarding SARS-CoVid-19

The State of Berlin adopts the requirements of the Federal Infection Protection Act. On April 1st, 2022, the SARS-CoV-2 Basic Protection Measures Ordinance replaced the previously applicable Fourth Infection Protection Measures Ordinance.

According to the new regulation, there are no longer any corona status checks at the S 25 Berlin. At the event, we will comply with the regulations in force at the time of the run.

  • Spectators

    Spectators are admitted without a ticket. There is only a bag check at the entrance. Please only bring bags up to max. A4 size.

    In addition to bicycles, the following items may not be brought onto the event site:

    Please do not use the fences at the Olympiastadion Berlin to park bicycles, as these will be removed, but rather the areas on Trakehner Allee. There is an extra storage area for prams and buggies in the kids zone on the event site. Please bring a lock to lock the stroller! This year, the supporting program for young and old will be significantly expanded: on the forecourt of the Olympiastadion there will be a stage with music, a children’s play and movement course, food trucks and a “chillout area”.

    The meeting point for lost people is located in the kids zone.

  • Parking and arrival

    We recommend arriving by public transport as only limited parking spaces are available.

    U2 towards Ruhleben to “U Olympia-Stadion”. Please note that there is currently a rail replacement bus service from U Theodor-Heuss-Platz.

    Access is via the East Gate under the Olympic Rings. We recommend allowing more time for travel and access as there may be queues due to bag checks.
