The NFL is back
The NFL planted their flag at the Olympiastadion Berlin back in the 1990s. As part of the American Bowl series, a total of five preparation games took place between 1990 and 1994, in which teams such as the Kansas City Chiefs, the Buffalo Bills and the Minnesota Vikings played. The Olympiastadion was also the home of the Berlin Thunder in NFL Europe from 2003 to 2007. With the 2025 NFL Berlin Game, the best football league in the world is now returning to this historic location for a regular season game for the first time.
For the Shoe - The Indianapolis Colts
The Indianapolis Colts will appear as the desginated home team for the 2025 NFL Berlin Game. In history, the Colts have already won the Super Bowl twice, most recently at Super Bowl XLI in the 2006 season.
