UEFA EURO 2024 final in the Olympiastadion Berlin Six games in the capital

The UEFA Executive Committee announced today at a meeting in Vienna that the final of the UEFA EURO 2024 will be played on Sunday, July 14th, 2024 at the Olympiastadion Berlin. Thus, a total of 6 games of the European Championship will be played in the capital of Germany. After the finals of the 2006 FIFA World Cup and the 2015 UEFA Champions League, the final of the EURO 2024 will be the third final in recent years in international football to be decided in the Olympiastadion.

Aside from the final, three matches in the group stage, one match in the Round of 16 and a Quarter Final will be held in the Olympiastadion. The opening game will take place on June 14th, 2022 in the Arena Munich.
