As a venue for sports and cultural major events, the Olympiastadion Berlin has established itself as an ultra-modern location. If you are looking for something special for your event, you have come to the right place. Workshops in the dressing room, congresses at the atrium, lectures in the team lounge, product presentations on the blue running track or seminars in the Coubertinsaal – anything is possible.

5 hours – attention to the
essentials
Services (conference, for example from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., including one-hour guided tour):
– Meeting room according to participant size
– Seating just as you wish
– Event support
– Stadium tour with a professional guide (60 minutes)
– Security staff during the event
– Projector and projection screen (without technical instruction)
– Wi-Fi
– Final cleaning
Catering:
– Welcome with sweet or savory snacks according to the chef’s style
– Lunch break with buffet including a starter and salad, two main courses to choose from and dessert made according to the chef’s style
– Beverage selection – Sparkling water and soft drinks from the Coca-Cola range as well as hot beverages
Preise 5 hours - attention to the essentials
Per person
All prices exclude the value added tax.
Only on days without Bundesliga matches. This package is valid for at least 30 and a maximum of 300 participants. For less than 30 participants, we will gladly create a customized package for you.
8 hours – effective & entertainingly
Services (conference, for example from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., including one-hour guided tour):
– meeting room according to participant size

– stadium tour (60 minutes)
