The public areas of the stadium are largely accessible. Here is the most important information for your visit if you use a wheelchair:
Free Access: You can move around freely in the outdoor area, and the East Stand is also easily accessible by wheelchair. Although there are steps on both sides of the Marathon Gate (three and five, respectively), it can be partially accessed via the entrances at sections G and K. Note: Unfortunately, the upper deck is not wheelchair accessible.
Guided Tours: The non-public areas can be accessed via elevators, which we’ll be happy to activate for you. Important: Please be sure to let us know about your reservation in advance! Unfortunately, the elevators are not available during the setup and takedown phases of concerts. To help us plan your visit as effectively as possible, we rely on your advance registration.
Exceptions: Please note that the Technology Tour and the Exclusive Technology Tour are unfortunately not suitable for people in wheelchairs.
