Cup Handover The DFB Cup final is now on display at the Rotes Rathaus
Berlin, 11th May 2026
The mayor of Berlin, Kai Wegner, received the German Football Association (DFB) trophy today, on Monday, 11th May 2026, at 1 pm in the banquet hall of the Rotes Rathaus. On behalf of the reigning cup winners, VfB Stuttgart, it was brought back to Berlin by Joachim Löw and handed over to the DFB President.
The trophy will be on display at the Rotes Rathaus from 9 am to 6 pm every day until Thursday, 21th of May 2026. On Friday, 22th of May 2026, the DFB Cup will only be on display from 9 am to 11 am, before it is brought to us to the Olympiastadion Berlin and presented to the winner of the match between VfB Stuttgart and Bayern Munich on Saturday, 23th May 2026.
